There are requirements that some debris must be in approved containers under the supervision of licensed contractors (even in the approved container is two plastic trash bags in a cardboard box with taped seals).If you have a house/structure to get rid of out in a rural area, your local fire department may solve most of your problem with a training exercise burning it down.

I had it mentioned to me that some have to dig out and expose your actual foundation to put heavy-duty plastic, or something else I can't remember currently, over the walls and secure it - not sure on cost but that's before tuck pointing that's likely needed inside the basement as well so I would imagine this would be a more costly route.

Would have done earlier but I had an upcoming serious surgery to tend to and that takes priority over any material good in this world and also I am one who is careful not to take on anyone's major messes so along with the seller, we had to sort some things out.
