Signed Lease-No Money Paid-Changed Mind-Lability?

I signed a 1 year lease for a room. Rent $900. I changed my mind due to several factors:

1. Landlord inconsistent about what she was charging me versus what the other tenants were charged at signing;

2. There was water in the basement from a pipe burst when i went to view the unit, made me uneasy as i am asthmatic and laundry units were there;

3. The tenant moving out was frustrated about not getting pro-rated refund as a result of moving out early; wanted to charge me, but landlord disagreed (i felt it inappropriate to be involved in that issue when I had not even moved in yet).

4. The room that was re-painted and cleaned for my occupancy was taken by a current tenant, I was to take her former room that was not freshly painted and cleaned.

5. With a recent back surgery and little help to move, I was feeling a lot of pain which caused me stress and worry about moving.

It is now 9/17, and the landlord is charging me a full-month's rent because she has not been able to find a tenant. Before breaking the lease, the tenant responsible for touring let me know the unit was in high demand. Additionally, the landlord has been extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in her emails to me.

With the facts summarized above, is it possible for me to win this case if I am taken to court as threatened?
