Cash flow can be utilized to build some momentum thus allowing you more of an opportunity to make a greater impact in the North Shore.  

For experienced investors, I absolutely 100% agree...The "one offer" was more for those newbies who haven't yet put in an offer on any properties because they didn't feel ready...this will force them to take action, which will hopefully help them gain some momentum...

I’m not saying cash flow is a bad thing, I just feel that initially it may not help with the momentum I seek to get out of the financial hole I am in.
