Finished in One Day

I've been reading, researching, obsessing over real estate investing for the last year and the plan has been to get into it when my I was ready to leave my daughter full time. 

I decided to get my agents license (Texas) first, and use that income to turn around and invest. Well, I've decided I'm ready to leave my daughter starting the beginning of 2016, so I paid for my classes this morning and by 3:30 I had completed ALL of Principles of Real Estate 1 and passed the practice exam and final exam with flying colors. 

Can you say motivated?! I'm ready to make some MONEY. At this rate I should definitely be finished by my previously projected 'end of 2015' due date I gave myself.

Just had to tell people who would understand the passion we put behind real estate.
