The property was fairly run down, i.e. overgrown yard, the occupied unit has window coverings consisting of aluminum foil and/or bed sheets/blankets, additionally, there is work that could certainly improve the unit, although the tenants expressed no concerns to previous owner or to me when I took over. 

I've heard a lot of investors express the same complaints of looking out-of-state because of the prices in the Boston area. 

I can't even express how excited I am.

Maybe the area has a lot of new places to eat out, you can target people who frequently express interest in food.

The purpose of this post is to express my gratitude to the bigger pockets community and introduce myself a bit.

I assume “talk turn key” was a reference to my, ‘ talk turkey’....it is a southern expression for talking business.  

I'm on the seacoast where everything is very expressive.

Also you miss the facial expressions that can mean so much.
