Hello everyone.  My name is Leonardo Laina and, along with my wife Ruth Romero, are looking to start real estate investing.  We are new to real estate but very eager to start learning as much as we can.  Currently, we are looking to start with wholesaling.  I have really enjoyed listening to the podcast episodes and the wealth of information shared is so valuable.  We currently reside in South FL Broward county and anxious to start networking with local real estate investors.  And to the team of Bigger Pockets, keep up the great work.  I really appreciate all the knowledge you share on this website and podcast shows.
