Hi, we are buying our first property in Brussels, Belgium and looking for a good English speaking notary.

I've looked online for a M2M agreement that is in both English and Spanish but have been unable to find one.

The problem is (1) that I only want to pay up to 30,000 US dollars all cash and (2) also want to find people (realtors) in different Eastern European countries that speak English and that I can trust.Could anyone help with that?
