Notary in Brussels/Belgium?

Hi, we are buying our first property in Brussels, Belgium and looking for a good English speaking notary. As we are not from there nor even on site yet, i would really appreciate any recommendations.

Further if you have recommendations of reliable companies for high quality renovation work, appreciate that too. Its going to require a full remodel of the flat including moving some walls and adding a bathroom.
