Duplex/triplex-House Hacking-How 2 find these types of properties

Posted

I've read several BP books, and other a like...and there is constantly the "House Hacking" strategy involving duplex's and triplex's.  I realize the serious advantage to starting out like this, but haven't been able to find a single triplex or duplex in my area (Washington D.C. Metro Area)

Can someone suggest or point me in the right direction to finding duplex triplex properties so that I can begin to research their feasibility?

Thanks,

Joe
