There is a meetup.com group called Real Estate Masterminds Group.

Monthly there is the NEREIA in Chelmsford, the NH RE Mastermind group in Nashua and a few meetings on the North Shore (Peabody and Danvers).  

Well she rushed it (maybe because she was so use to probably giving her testimonial) that when she asked " So whose ready to sign up for the "mastermind" weekend?"

I would also get with some local mastermind groups. 

I know first hand from speaking and masterminding with several that it is hard to match the REI experience mostly due to the scale we've achieved by being in business for the past two decades, but there are companies who have built fantastic niches within the turnkey industry and really excel at their particular product, service or area. 

I'd recommend the Ozark Mountain STR Mastermind group.
