Not sure of your laws in your state regarding Associations, but most have some sort of time frame in which they must respond.Does your Association have any type of portal where you could view your dues payments?

The don't text, they don't login to a tenant portal, don't pay online. 

Some states have online portals where you can do it in 10 minutes. 

I use their upload portal and every time a month ends or a statement is posted to one of my accounts, I save the pdf in a file. 

And my "apply now" and "secure upload portal" stuff on my website.
