Hello, I'm looking for anyone's experience or dealings with Strategy Properties in Detroit. I contacted them and have not had the best response with them ever getting back to me. Just promises to call me back. And appointments that never happen. I've since put that money to work in a different market, but hope to put some money to work in Detroit in 2018.

We're currently having challenges with this company on a property purchased through them December 2017. First property management issues, the tenant placed by them when I purchased the property had to be evicted before the first year of ownership. I was only notified that the tenant had stopped paying rent 2 months after the fist missed a payment. Apparently, they were trying to make a payment plan with the tenant, without my consent, that failed and delayed the eviction process. The tenant trashed the property and Strategy's quote to clean the trash and make repairs is extremely overpriced.

Originally we were told they had in-house crews for maintenance and repairs and now they are saying they have to outsource everything to crazy expensive contractors.

The agent that sold me the property promised to look into it and me a call back over a week ago and now he is not answering my calls.

I'm hoping they can make it right, but so far my experience is not good and I would recommend being careful with your purchase.

Feel free to contact me to get a copy the quote they sent me for repairs and the pictures of the damage to see what you are getting into.

I contacted Real Wealth Network, the investment group that uses them as their affiliate in Detroit and referred us to this company, for support but have not heard back from them either.

I will update this post whenever anyone gets back to me.

In the meantime, my property is sitting trashed and abandoned, no income collect since August and Strategy Property is taking their time.

P.S: the repairs I requested during escrow, as per their current pictures were never completed as well.

Again, I really hope they can make this right!
