You have to make sure that the project is running wit in budget and on time , your contractor should technically "oversee and coordinate" .

I assume the deed is witnessed and notarized so I would ask the title company if affidavits were obtained from one or more of them averring to the deeds authenticity would that suffice.

(Each step of the way, from the time the lawsuit started to the finish, the notary provided an affidavit and testimony that she witnessed the transaction and had his driver's license # written into her notary book with his signature.

I am watching this case and expect to be called as a witness.

Second option is to continue to search for sublet, mitigating monthly expense.The third option is my question, can the two tenants write up an agreement, whereby I would witness and sign off on as well, that the tenant wishing to move pay remaining tenant 'their' portion of rent due for lease term?
