if you cannot visit your property daily +/- i would avoid the deal unless you have a very, very, very,  super-very trustworthy and vetted team to do the work.

I would absolutely love to work with a partner but don’t know how to find one who can match my level of integrity and work ethic (not to sound arrogant, just have found it can be hard to find trustworthy reliable people these days).I would like to eventually transition out of the current industry I work in, and want to use my real estate portfolio to give me the freedom to pursue other ventures.

To make it as a r/e agent you have to have a big network of people, like by being active in civic groups / clubs, church, etc, You have to be very outgoing, charming & trustworthy.
