If, on the other hand someone is promoting their own site or promoting a site that they are affiliated with, they need to use their signature AND DISCLOSE THE RELATIONSHIP with that website.Most people try to disguise these affiliations and relationships as a means to write what appears to be a 3rd party recommendation for their product, when in reality, they or someone they know is writing the reco.The amount of spam that was spread around the site was out of control until we implemented more stringent link policies many years back.Again, sorry for the clarification.

When you are hired they detail your job description and requirements, if I'm asked to do anything outside my job requirements I want to know what is in it for me If I am asked to cover the work load of someone who was fired, I want to know what is in it for me (days off, pay, promotion, great challenge) Probably the most important question I ask besides how much does the position pay is, Walk me through a normal day for someone working in this position.My background is I have worked for numerous large multi-national organizations.

I would recommend if your site is CAwholesaler.com that you promote your investor site as CAwholesaler.com/investors so you won't have to pay for a separate domain name.
