I plan to continue working as a photographer at the same rate for the next couple of years and slowly transition from full time photographer into full time real-estate.

I would like to potentially become an agent and then transition into buy and hold investing.

I would like to transition my business more into real estate investing but I am curious as to how wholesaling property would work for an active agent being as though all of my transactions are on the behalf of a broker?

So to answer your question, I am in reserve status for 3 years where I will transition back to AD status at the conclusion of the 3 years; however, I still am considered AD in the sense of medical benefits etc. 

3. being that i am transitioning from one state to the next which would be a good idea: A. move to Georgia, get employed get a lease and once my lease is up seek Real Estate investing once the lease is up? 

Its quite a bit easier getting started in real estate investing part time while working a an high paying job and focus on a full time real estate transition.
