Having a hard time figuring out what to do.

Good Morning all =),

I am a newbie when it comes to Real Estate Investing. I am the first in my family to pursue this journey and so far i've been doing the studying and learning alone. I am in the process of moving from Florida to Georgia to begin my career in Real Estate investing and working Full time. But i am having a hard time with a few questions / scenarios and need feedback.

1. I plan to start off in a 2-4 Unit Owner Occupied Unit. my first question is, how long should the investor live in an OO unit before they rent out their space to seek for another OO unit?

2. Should the investor stay in the OO space they are living in , seek the new OO unit and go through the process of getting the new unit and then rent it out once the process is complete OR should they rent out their space look for an Air BNB or Hotel while they go through the process of getting the new OO unit?

3. being that i am transitioning from one state to the next which would be a good idea:

A. move to Georgia, get employed get a lease and once my lease is up seek Real Estate investing once the lease is up?

B. move to Georgia, get employed, start my process of getting that OO 2-4 unit and live in a hotel or Air BNB for 2-3 months until the process is over? so i don't have to put off my Real Estate Investing career.

All Feedback is appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Demarion L. Presley
