I have resolved to let my partner (aka contractor) take more control over the renovations and to empower my real estate agent more as well.When budgeting for your project if you think you might need to replace something, put it in the budget.Don’t talk yourself into a project by assuming (hoping) that you won’t have to replace something.

Also I came across a house that the elderly women has moved out into a retirement home and the house is headed for falling down.

Women cant even drive cars there and are totally oppressed.

Houses are like women.

If you can not find enough matches, then you go out to 4 months, or perhaps 3/4 of a mile, paying close attention to situations where crossing over freeways or main streets can rapidly change values.Several women have been quoted as to saying "size matters".

I had a bit of what I think is called analysis paralysis lol but In doing all three it eliminates the frustration in trying to pick just one route and also very empowering.

If I’m not comfortable there we figure we won’t be able to rent to single women or any one with kids. 

What we realized is that the best wholesalers are also really smart businessmen/women who will eventually find the buyers that pay the highest and sell only to them.
