I would think that, even if the realtor has both sides of the deal, they should be able to discuss their pricing strategy with you (for example, "these three comps in the neighborhood sold for X, Y, an Z, so we are pricing this listing at A").

By doing that you are giving notice that if you meet XY and Z, I'm then obligated to rent to you under fair housing.While it is good to be consistant in your process and treat everyone the same, you can certainly disqualify an applicant by giving the reason.
