Mgmt Fee for retail strip in Manhattan?

Hi there!

I have an opportunity to manage a 5 store retail strip in Manhattan, New York.  What is a reasonable management fee I should charge them?

I'm aware there are variables but assuming A-Z management and a percentage of gross...what would be a range I can charge?
