The amount of info on here is seemingly endless.

If you can do that the opportunities will be endless for you.

I am getting into real estate investment and have real countless books and watched countless videos as well as looked at endless YouTube videos.

Not today - new leads are almost 100% web origin.We also had a mandatory 1 hour meeting on Friday morning (endless lectures about cleaning up the sink) and mandatory broker's tours every Friday lasting 3-4 hours.Yes, stay in touch with the market, but a broker's tour every 8 weeks is sufficient for that.The total non-productive time? 

The possibilities are endless.  

The organizers of these events usually have costs for renting the space, flying out speakers, etc. they aren't just pocketing your money.Wholesaling is tough right now in this market, you need to be able to separate yourself from the endless competition out there.  

These responses and threads tend to lead me to more questions but that could be endless.

I didn't read the whole thread but its more of the same about paying expensive money for a course.No matter who you are time is money.The flip side is a trainer who makes thousands per hour or more is usually not going to spend endless hours training someone up in the business for a few grand.

The possibilities are endless!
