After submitting my POS agreement as well as my Assignment agreements as well as documentation to back up the activity I was doing in reference to the specific complaints that stuck I recently a few days ago heard back from her and her supervisor has stated that I do not have equitable interest as to I have a clause that states a way out of the agreement as well as in order to have this interest I had to buy the property???

She confirmed that she received them and that was that.I have heard it is normal to expect it to take 2months though.Also, keep in mind in the future when you want to increase the rent for a new lease, you have to inform at least 60 days in advance...I just emailed my Section 8 supervisor what I plan on increasing it to in June 2020 (over 60 days in advance).

right.So with that being said it was only 4 generations ago my people were not able to own land, it was 3 generations ago we were forced to own is redlined parts of the city and IF (this is a MAJOR if) If our people were even given a loan from the bank to purchase the home , they were ridiculed and ousted by the community for simply chasing the "American dream".This is what we mean when we say SYSTEMATIC racism has held the black community back longer than most even comprehend, underfunded schools, under represented political, medical, and educational positions, food deserts, nepotism in the workplace, crack in the 80s, disproportionate policing and imprisonment, the list goes on and on.
