I think we are starting to see a theme here: C and D look better on paper than reality and ar easy to buy (for a reason, I might add). 

We are moving to network and hopefully further our careers a little.

Now we are considering creating a Holding LLC that will be managed and owned by both of us.

We are pet friendly and have some zeroscape backyards and have wording like "We are pet friendly with a fee, but please note although backyard is fenced there is no grass and certain areas contain crushed shell which could hurt your pets feet". 

We are coming down to get a feel for some neighborhoods we've been looking at moving too and don't really have too much planned so I thought it would be a great time to connect with some lenders, investors, contractors, and liked mind individuals while I'm there!

We are in the Texas markets and have seen great opportunities for equity appreciation.
