Love to hear your thoughts- AC unit needs to have an exterior side panels and brackets to support to secure the unit- Do not screw into the window sash as this will damage the window and you will be responsible- Install weather striping to avoid water or critters from entering your unit- Unit needs to be tipped towards the outside to avoid condensation and damage to floors- Landlord is not responsible for their Air conditioning unit if broken- Tenant is responsible for window, floor, ceiling damages caused by poorly installed window unit- Window unit should not be installed before May 1st and must be removed by Oct 1st

The Summary page was reserved for 4-5 major issues like damaged trusses, anything leaking, undersized electrical panel, water under the house, etc....y'know, big and important stuff.So this joker has 5 pages of summary items...everything from loose doorknobs to a loose tile.

The top issues include: - P trap improperly plumbed in bathroom- Moisture stain in one of the bedrooms- Double taps in electrical panel - False ground, or "bootleg ground" - Outlet GFCI not functioning - No air filter and nowhere to place one on HVACI'm actively looking to see if any contractors can go over there with my real estate agent or look at the inspection report and see what's going on.
