Hey Chad, you did not specify the state that you might move to, but assuming you have a specific state in mind - look up reciprocity laws for RE licenses in that state.

@Jaren WoeppelWith real estate licenses we have something called reciprocity. which means if you are licensed in one state, other states have approved their education requirements so all you need to do is pass a test and not take more classes.  

If you want a one on one situation, think and work on how you can reciprocate value.  

Some states have reciprocity but not all.

I've found bigger pockets to be a great resource of reciprocal relationships of value and friendships that will ultimately lead to a more robust business platform for your investing needs.  

I do know that some states have reciprocity, and once you get a license in one state, it is easier to get them in other states.
