Hey all,

I’m still in the knowledge gathering phase when it comes to real estate investing and I was hoping you could help with a couple of questions.

1. Do you recommend getting a real estate license?

2. Can I get a license for a state I don’t live in?

3. Which state do you recommend for full reciprocity in the US?

3. Any state next to the one you live in. (It's tough to commute from Florida to show properties in Alaska)
