To introduce myself to the BP community, my name is Chris Cousin. Thus far, my real estate investing experience has been limited to the purchase of a single-family home that I house hacked and rented extra room out to friends from college. That experience increased my desire to invest in real estate and I hope to learn as much about real estate investing and make some connections with like-minded individual in the BP community.  I'm interesting in learning more  buy and hold investing in multi unit rental properties.
