Not only for the census ending in 2020 but also the projected population from 2020 to 2025.I agree that population increase is important and should be factored in when analyzing a property. 

I’ve done a couple of fix-and-flip projects in the past, both of which were financed through hard money lenders.

I just added solar to the project this year.

Investing in single-family residence fix-and-flip projects in New York involves purchasing distressed or undervalued single-family homes, renovating them, and selling them at a profit.

These are non-performing mortgages and the homes are vacant and in preforeclosure.This doesn’t fit my typical passive, turnkey investment model, but I am considering taking on a local property as a “fun” project.

This one was strange because I ended up splitting the companies and partners involved in the deal so we liquidated halfway through the project. 

So here we are, halfway through escrow period, and I'm very excited to watch this project come to fruition.Anyone on this platform invest in SL?

I tried to use an app called melio to pay some of my contractors with a credit card and it cost me more headache than planning for my rehab project.
