So i got a court notice yesterday from the county regarding a "criminal" offense that could result in jail time.

Simple...you should test the approach of achieving the goal to bid offensively low (if on AdWords) to get as cheap CPC as possible so that we can get as many clicks and leads for our budget that is physically allowed.

I mean that's sort of like says "no offense" then going on to say something highly offensive but it's ok because you said no offense first.

We’re under contract at the moment on a doublewide and the booklet for foundation requires requires piers spaced at certain distance apart,a certain square footage of venting, piers on footers below frontline, mortared , etc etc. they require an engineers inspection to approve it.

No offense but I don't think you do.The Cap Rate is going to tell you the value after your improvements, that is largely how Commercial property is valued. 

No offense to my real estate agents friends here but thinking out loud.Also, based on my little experience in Blockchain, I am sure that day is not far when we won’t be needing a tittle company and maybe an agent too to sell a house.

And I don't want residents having to install other things themselves or tacking up some offensive confederate flag in the window. 

Time to play offense and not defense. 

I suspect the brokerage community is going to start telling their agents to turn in violators.one of my Oregon bird dogs just put a sign in the yard neighbor got pissed off as they wanted the house turned him into the state .. its kind of like getting a DUI  cost you about 10 to 15k first offense and a cease and desist..So then I went on to ask her about transactional funding as I have been a party to that a bunch of times and wanted to make sure I was legal.. she said NO way.. they deem that as some sort of fraud.. idea is the lender and wholesaler are in cahoots and scheming and marketing a property they dont' own and its prima facia evidence when they see two deeds in one day and a middle man payout.so bottom line you need to get into title and stay there for a few weeks BEFORE you market the property.. but as the regulator said.. they only respond to complaints right now.. so don't piss off any sellers or agents  LOL. 

I don't use air fresheners because they can be offensive as easily as refreshing.A clean, neutral odor is all I want.
