I like the idea of the passive income rental scene since I could spend my summers researching deals and the school year collecting, but I don't know yet.

Hey Guys and Girls,I started tracking real estate leads with a legal pad and soon graduated to stick notes:) My desk looked like a crime scene.

The GR investing scene sure is getting tighter, but I think its all about identifying the up and coming areas in our neighborhoods.I'm new to BP posting and have been lurking for a few months too.  

That day I think I felt like that scene in the Matrix when Neo starts seeing the code and the music starts.

I've been working the blighted property scene for well over a decade.

I am based out of Northern NJ and though I'm not a wholesaler and I don't want to get into it that much, I'm pretty new to the REI scene and I am eager to learn.
