I grew up in the Philippines and now based here in NY as a nurse. We just bought our first condo unit in Makati (financial capital in the country) thru Federal Land Inc.We got it at pre-selling price and the turnover of the unit is in 2022.They required us to pay $2k dp then 20% of the amt for 4 yrs with our set monthly payments.Upon turnover in 2022..the remaining 80% will be financed by the bank and will be self-liquidating with the renter’s monthly payment.I have most of my family here in the US investing thru condos back home.Foreigners are only allowed to acquire condo units not land in the Philippines. And my best advise is for you to google the most reliable developer so you know your hard earned money won’t go to waste.Ours is from Federal Land Inc. with the best reputation in the country.I hope this help answer ur question in some way.
