Personal loan inquiry
I recently took out a personal loan from a credit union for 30k over 5 years with an interest rate of 6%. This did not go on my credit report. I needed it to purchase a property with money I inherited. I was only able to inherit this money if I purchased a 2 bedroom coop in a nice neighborhood in westchester county ny as per my mother’s request. Now I own a coop worth 235k in my name. I have a decent amount of money in the bank but nothing crazy. I am looking for a lender to let me take out a personal for either a smaller interest rate or preferably same interest rate but over a longer period of time to lower my monthly bills. I have a credit score of 800. Can someone point me in the right direction?
