Buying Multifamily in South Side of Chicago

I am thinking of buying a building on the South Side. It is in a bad neighborhood but has a great cap rate.

Does anybody have experience with this type of property? Do you recommend it?

What goes wrong that will affect my income?

@Scott Mac seriously?

If you don’t know anything about a forum topic just pass.

Very rude.

I don’t think the forum is built for your opinions or musical selections.

According the trulia, most crimes per area actually happens in the downtown and more dense areas of the city.
