Try to personalize your interactions—get to know your borrowers’ needs and tailor your solutions to fit them.

You interact with clients at your spa all the time and have the opportunity to chat with them and make it known you are an agent and can help them.

Additionally, understanding the rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords under this program can foster better communication and smoother interactions.

Not to mention interaction with the locals is awesome.

Has anyone ever looked into investing in "interactive voice response " to pick up your calls when your team are not on shift?

They think that a salaried group of agents at a call center with fixed fee agents on the ground that don't interact with the buyers will work.However, I haven't heard much about Redfin making tons of money.
