I don't know exactly for sure, but after I call Airbnb CS and have them search for my listing, I get a booking request in the next day or two. 

For now, I'm mostly focused on identifying the right markets.

Guests often filter their searches specifically for properties with hot tubs, making it a high-impact feature—especially in mountain or winter destinations.

Search markets that work for your goals then eliminate from your list the ones that will not fit with your lifestyle.

I've used the search feature on this forum but didn't have much luck.Are there any US investors, hard money lenders, or groups that invest in flips outside of the United States, specifically in Europe (Netherlands, Spain, etc.)?

If they refuse to cooperate and you can clearly identify breaches in the management contract, file a complaint with your states real estate commission.
