I may be jousting at windmills here but I was wondering if I need to choose paint that lowers permeability to lower vapor penetration into walls and reduce mold growth. 

BathroomThe receptacle on the east wall of the front room tested as having reverse polarity.GARAGEIPMC 604.3 - The taped wire connections on the ceiling must be in a junction box.The receptacle must have GFCI protection.IPMC 703.1 - All openings and pipe penetrations in the ceiling and around the perimeter of the ceiling must be sealed with fire rated material.I find it hard to find someone to take care of these.

this has been a question for many years, people have invested only to see it fail, but you do see some areas that do embrace it. its very tough to bring back an area that is falling or has fallen.

Saratoga is booming right now, but it would be harder for me to penetrate the market since house prices are through the roof.
