There was moisture issue so I will need to replace quite a bit of drywall and flooring.I was able to purchase the property in cash and my plan is to finance the renovation on a 0% interest rate cc then back into financing using the BRRR method.I have been researching a few different cards but I wanted to get recommendations based on some people's experience. Are there any credit cards out there that are offering the best terms at the moment or is the move to go with a store specific card?

I've seen landlords get stuck with a chargeback on CC deposits and rents for various reasons. Some have suggested a landlord send an authorization form to the prospective tenant for their signature to avoid any shenanigans later.

If you have some really high interest CC debt or a lot of CC debt then you should probably start putting it on these bills to boost you credit score and improve your debt to income ratio.

Here are my numbers:$82k PP and CC$60k renovation (fully permitted)$3k holding and misc$145k all in$200k ARVRents range from $650-850 (of course I think for a brand new unit we'd command the highest rent)$55 gross profitSo if I went traditional I'd spend another 13k in closing and agent fees. When our investors fund the entire deal we share 50% of profits so why not find the end buy and hold partner in the beginning and give them that 50% discount on the property.
