Credit Card Paper Trail
I have read a few posts on other sites that leave me wondering about vacay rental agreements. I've seen landlords get stuck with a chargeback on CC deposits and rents for various reasons.
Some have suggested a landlord send an authorization form to the prospective tenant for their signature to avoid any shenanigans later. I suppose an email with an electronic signature might be as good, just not certain.
Anyone have experience (good or bad) with this?
