My business is built around doing deals for out of state investors and my mind is BLOWN by how many flat out refuse to come visit, meet our staff or walk the property that they bought and we are rehabbing for them.

Anything you do remote will come at a cost of operational inefficiencies and a higher cost of doing business.

The webpage has them based in Maryland but they aren't listed in the state's business directory.

If you do the math the pyramid business model is mathematically flawed.

Yes, this is "tough love", but you won't survive in this business if you let it affect you:)

I dont know your business model exactly but I assume you collect some referral fee from the supplier?

This one was strange because I ended up splitting the companies and partners involved in the deal so we liquidated halfway through the project.
