I joined bigger pockets because I am interested in broadening my knowledge of the real estate business as well as  networking with fellow real estate entrepreneurs. 

I'm learning as much as I can from them and hope to broaden my knowledge through the BP community.

Margins seem pretty great from what I've been able to surmise, and plan to pick up another home within the next year.Having said that, I joined BP to broaden my horizon and hopefully get some more valuable knowledge and insight along the way, so that I too can be of reputable service to others in the future.

The net broadens if you accept government funding, section 8 or tax credits, as you'll need to make units available to all who qualify on the same basis.

Perhaps you have something similar there, so you need to broaden the search to a range of addresses.

Let me broaden it to a hypothetical case in which the landlord's maintenance staff has attempted to repair plumbing in a vacant upstairs unit in a 40-unit building.

I'm currently looking in my area for a property management positions, or some other aspect of real estate exposure to broaden my knowledge. 

I'm interested in more sources for broadening my understanding of the marketplace.I'm becoming more familiar with CoStar as well as obtaining what I can from the Census bureau.
