Although there are ways to start investing in the Israeli market without \ with low amount of money, it doesn't worth it, and the ROI you can get in the U.S market is much higher.This comment is true also to the U.S market - there are more expensive places than others, and there are places with higher ROI than others, its just a question of where.I am investing in Pittsburgh, PA - prices are pretty low , where you can get good rental property with a solid passive income for about 250,000 NIS, with something around 10% ROI after deducting all kind of expenses, like local taxes, management comapany fees, insurance, etc.Send me a PM so we can share phone numbers to continue and talk - I can share with you some of my experience and help you learn and get started.Also you can look at the local Israeli meetup I have started for this purpose  - sharing, learning and helping one another.

All the "It won't work, or you're not in that league yet talk is too much to handle.I must be successful and prove to myself,  and family,that I knew I could do it all along.Screen out negative comments and views and stay the course !

Just found out yesterday that the BitWise HashTag building that I want to hold the meetups in will actually be open by next week - but they cannot BOOK anything yet until their booking system is in place - which will be next week .. so I'm calling her back on tues day to confirm a meetup space - I was planning to start advertising the next meetup yesterday, but the presenter doing the talk is out of town till the 11th so I wasn't able to get her confirmation  - I will be talking to my other point of contact there today to verify that we will have somebody  to present to us - sooooo long story short - I'm shooting for a meetup on Thurs.

Otherwise: talk is cheap. don't be offended by it, by motivated to CLOSEI'm willing to bet you're just scared to take that first leap because you think it's a big one.

Corporations are meant for a business and what you're doing is an investment so the talk is that they'll impose the withholding tax on "fake" corporations that don't generate enough income.
