If you've been a landlord for 4 months you might be getting in over your head (unless you have a PM in place, which I suppose you might if you're in med school). 

(books) surround themselves with the industry(Med school) and ultimately learn from someone that knows more than them (Teacher/Mentor).Anyways that's my opinion.

Are med students a good choice for renters.

I was pre-med and would always ask the doctors what they thought of their profession.

I spent 5 years there with the Australian Trade Commission back in 70's.Because of the bad weather, pigeons & the ongoing IRA fireworks, we found it cheaper/safer to leave for 3 day weekends (flextime was great) for various Med destinations.

A "good outcome" is having them stay on their meds and keep out of the hospital; expecting them to be employed and self supporting is unrealistic.I would not participate in this program unless my lease was with the (sue-able) mental health center -- not the client.   

My fathers insurance career will not pay for his pain meds because he had them filled 2 weeks ago.

About half of them appeared to be mentally unstable, very strange, abusing prescription meds, etc.

In Houston, commute time and proximity to major thoroughfares is of ultimate importance and this property is located within 5-7 minutes of several major highways plus University of Houston, Texas Southern University, The Med Center and the Metro Rail. 

But if you had an 8 year old fall off his bike, you could have made a claim under med payments to others....but when you explain building ramps to jump, well, it's good you got the release.
