@Juan Rosado I’ve read some of Gary Keller’s books and a couple by Brandon Turner and they advise strongly to have a GREAT team.

If you have a hard time doing it, then read "One thing" by Gary Keller! 

I recommend going through the One Thing book (and program) by Gary Keller.   

The guy is trustworthy realtor with Keller Williams and has been wholesaling in Memphis TN for a while!

I have an excellent real estate agent from Keller Williams Realty in Ankeny (just north of Des Moines by 7-8 Miles).

@Rebekah Keller There are plenty of lenders out there who will give you a conventional loan on a rental property after 6-12 months of seasoning. 

You can go with a national chain (Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams etc.)

I hadn't assumed a Keller Williams would be so investor focused.
