Deciding on changing my realtor

I have been considering changing my realtor for some time now. We got in touch through a mutual friend. At first everything went well, we got together a couple of times to talk about the strategy that I was going to take to buy my first multi family (first investment property overall), but so far he hasn't send me any properties to analyze. Not to mention that he does not own any investment properties. I don't know if I should keep him, search for another realtor, or work with two. My apartment lease ends in two months and I want buy my first property by then. Any suggestions?

Newbies should jump for joy if they get an adequate agent. I'm not kidding.

No Great team is going to jump at the chance to work with a complete unknown.
