Hello BP,

Who loves Car University? What books have you been reading? This may be off topic of real estate, but I believe in self development. More tools can never hurt.

Not just RE and investment books, more books like The Miracle Morning, Never Split the Difference, Creativity Inc etc. Outside the box, I really can't get enough and I wanted to reach out to the community to see what people found impactful and inspiring to ones self development.

Look forward to some great suggestions!
