After I took over and started fixing up the place and getting rid of the bad apples, the place was running at full occupancy, with almost half being women who really kept the place clean.

These are all young men and women (but mostly men) going through the same training course for several months, many times with very close buddies that they went through pilot training over the last year with.

My marketing is tailored generally for veterans, Post service men and women who have jobs with the means to buy/sell property/or investment properties.

I am all for empowerment of women!  

I absolutely love my job and feel so honored to help women bring their children into the world.  

The women of the title research called me back the morning of and told me "I do not think you should buy this property because the previous owner had filed for bankruptcy and because of this the foreclosure auction may be illegitimate and thus they may have a claim on the title and you could lose your purchase entirely".  

Did you ever have a boyfriend that broke up with you to see other women, but still called you?

Women walk in and ooh and ahh over it rather than focusing on the size of the room and it sets a great tone for the whole viewing.
