I asked one interested party to please sign a SUPER simple non-disclosure just to protect the owner/assignee relationship and he took offense and said no thank you.

Those that responded in offense by my lack of beating the S&P shows they are too emotionally invested and need external validation to confirm their preexisting convictions. 

The problem, no offense, is that you started in a guru niche of wholesale deals and didn't begin RE with the bigger picture of the basic steps to facilitate any type of deal.

I have an acquaintance with Obama's exact personality...a career criminal. loads of charisma, everyone loves him, don't believe a word he says. don't let him in your house or anywhere near your money or friends phone numbers. no offense to Obama but he's got a lot to prove before anyone who has any real knowledge of money management will trust him.
