Wholesaling Contact Order
Hey, quick question everyone. What order do you all contact potential sellers after skip tracing. Do you text blast first, then call the ones that are interested. Then call the ones who didn’t text back after you call the ones who did. Then send direct mail?
Step #1
Skip Trace
Step #2
Text blast numbers.
Step #3
Call the ones who responded to the texts.
Step #4
Call the ones who didn’t respond to the texts and try to get them in the phone.
What order would you all do?
