Did not pay Sept rent's and Oct's rent is over due now.

However, Baltimore City doesn't cut water service for delinquent water bills, but simply places a tax lien on the property once the delinquent bill is over $1,000 over due and after failing to pay three consecutive delinquent water bills.  

Now I'm thinking that I should probably get the NJ license first but the issue would be that I can't do a M-F 8 hour class due to my work schedule so the process might get a bit lengthy if I go for both at once. 

@Artur Zielinski If there is an actual lien filed for the over due hoa debt, you’ll have a starting point…adding on approximate attorney fees, ongoing dues, etc.  

The L.A. metro area is overdue for a correction and by that I mean there's too many pseudo-investors out there right now.

I would say whoever you learn from, google them first to make sure they do not have a lengthy rap Sheet.
