How difficult is it to evict homeowners who said they would leave after a certain day

Hello Investors,

I purchased a home with post possession, 2 months post possession to be exact but they dont seem like they will be moving nor want to move.

How lengthy can this get?

Around how much did you pay to get them evicted ?

hire an eviction attorney.  From the sounds of it, they were the original owners not a tenant.  I'm hoping you had a significant amount of money from the sale held back in case they didn't leave.
